Please be aware that the Homeowners' Association Board is composed entirely of volunteers. Members contribute their free time, and sometimes even a dollar here and there, to the maintenance and improvement of our community and receive no financial remuneration.

President’s Report for 2022

This year was a busy time for the Georgetowne HOA. Here are some of the many things accomplished*.

• Building on the updates of 2021 to the cabana and pool: new paint throughout, new fans and lighting, new shower, new doors.

• New lighting at the pool and re-wiring of the entranceway.

• New pool furniture.

• New Georgetowne signs at the Winter Springs entrance.

• Landscape improvements and plantings around the pool area and entrances.

• Repairs to the Whitehall retention pond wall.

• Post hurricane Clean up.

• Renewed Contract with Milo’s Landscaping.

Here are a few of the things coming in 2023:

·      New streetlights. Q1.

·      New gates on Northern Way and the Whitehall retention pond. Q1

·      Repairs to the ground subsidence near the pool and the Whitehall retention pond. Q1+

·      Road repairs.

·      Exploring opportunities for a better insurance rate. Q2

*Not including all the housekeeping chores that the HOA Board of Directors do to keep Georgetowne a nice place to live.
