Georgetowne is a pristine community of 229 single family home located within the Tuscawilla Country Club Community in Winter Springs, Florida.

The community was first established in 1987 and was developed in three phases. The homes in Georgetowne Unit I were built by the George Nader Corporation and the homes in Georgetowne Units II and III were built by Morrisons Homes Inc. The community also affords its residents a spacious swimming pool.
